About Quail Valley Real Estate

The features and interior elements of homes making up the Quail Valley real estate market are varied.  You might find fireplaces, chair rails, 2-story entries, built-ins, vaulted ceilings, recessed lighting, butler’s pantries, French doors, and stylized secondary baths.  Truly, no two are exactly alike.  Throughout the homes, you could expect to find a combination of hardwood flooring, engineered flooring, carpet and tile.

Floor plans generally include three to five bedrooms and two to five-plus baths.  Some of the larger residences might include extra living spaces like a formal dining room, mother-in-law suite, home office, theater, laundry room, or play room.  Kitchens could include an island, stainless steel appliances and granite.  Select auxiliary bathrooms have granite and shower upgrades, including double vanity.

The exteriors have valued extras, too!  Living in an established neighborhood has the advantage of mature trees and installed landscaping and occasionally added components such as a fenced yard, covered patio or pool.  You could also find two- to three-car attached garage and driveways with room for a basketball goal or extra parking.  Some homes may have additional covered parking, upper porch/deck, and look out onto the golf course or water features.
